Lori’s Blog

12 days, 2300 miles and one drive axle later . . .

I made it! Got to Bellevue about 6 p.m. yesterday. The trip was great — I got to see the Great Stupa in Colorado, had lunch with my high school piano teacher in Salt Lake City (who I hadn’t seen in 20 years), and attended the Vale, Oregon Rodeo. My car repair came with plenty of warning, and I got to hang out with my nieces and nephews in eastern OR while it was being fixed. No complaints here.

On to the job hunt!

    Hi Lori!
Hope Oregan is bringing you joy and is all you hoped for. How is the kitty doing?

Loved the yard art photo from India, and enjoyed your blog. I am very slow reading my mail sometimes!
Keep in touch, missed you at the last gathering in Dallas. We were looking at India pictures, and there was one of you, and everyone went OH THERES LORI! For a moment it was like you were there.

    take care,
    Sue

    Hey, Sue!

Awww . . . I miss you guys! Kitty is fine — not crazy about the rain — doesn’t want to let me out of her sight. The weather has been pretty nice. There’s an enormous rain forest across the street, which is so wonderful. You walk ten steps and you’re lost in the woods. I’m about to take a walk right now, in fact.

Just getting started on the job hunt — finally got my portfolio updated yesterday. Tedious!

    Lori
